The reality TV star underwent an operation to return to her B-cup chest after experiencing pains in her breast, which left her fearing that her life could be in danger because she wasn’t able to check her breast, under the implant.
The 29 year old is having to wait until her wounds have healed to rule out anything sinister, but it appears Charlotte is happy with the aesthetic look of her new bust, at the very least.
Posting a picture of herself to Instagram for the first time following her operation, Charlotte posed up a storm in a skimpy black dress and Off-white belt, showing off the results.
“So so so so SOOO much better without the implants,” wrote one fan, while another added: “Yay. you look so much better, wow!”
Speaking to The Sun, Charlotte revealed why she decided to remove her implants.
“I was experiencing some really bad shooting pains and dull aches in my left breast,” she said.
“I went to the doctor and they said it was the beginning of something which means your body is rejecting the implant so it’s not something that happens instantly, out happens gradually over time.”
She added: “He said to be safe and not sorry that he would like me to go and get a screening as well just to rule our everything and in case there was anything else wrong with it.”
Speaking about the removal, Charlotte admitted she is delighted they are gone.
“I just feel so much better in myself,” she said.
“ had the op two years ago to correct a condition I’ve got called congenital symmastia. I got the implants at the same time not knowing this could happen. I kind of regretted the implants for a long time so it’s a huge sense of relief.
“I wish I had never gone ahead with it in the first place. I wish I had just had the symmastia fixed.
“I am finally back to myself. I prefer my natural body. I was crazy to ever get those implants in. I am back to my natural normal boobs.
“I think having the implants out has made me realise that when I look back I was perfect without them. I have accepted who I am.”
