Piers Morgan is going to be back on Good Morning Britain on Monday just days after his hospital stint.
Mirror Online can reveal the telly host’s medical drama won’t affect his TV duties.
The former newsman, 53, shocked fans today by posting a picture of himself in hospital.
We can now confirm Piers will lift the lid on his medical drama in an announcement on the show after the weekend.
An insider told us: “He’s going to be back on Good Morning Britain as usual on Monday.
“He is going to update viewers then.”
The telly host shared a selfie from his sick bed after suffering a mystery medical emergency.
He didn’t reveal any details about his condition, but insisted it’s not serious.
Piers wrote: “Bad news: I’m not dying.
“I can only apologise for all the distress I know this will cause some people.”
He was seen lying on a bed with a tube hooked up to his nose in the picture.
Piers has yet to reveal any more details about his condition but fans have flocked to social media to wish him a speedy recovery.

Another added: “Get better soon Piers, we miss you!”
A third commented: “Hope your okay get well soon .”
However, many fans couldn’t help but make cheeky jokes about the crisis, asking Piers whether his recent encounter with a vegan sausage roll was to blame.
The Good Morning Britain presenter has been vehemently opposed to the new vegetarian snacks introduced at Greggs stores.
He even spat out the vegan treat while trying it on live TV this week.
One follower wrote on the star’s Instagram page: “Is this from that vegan sausage roll .”
Another added: “Was it the Vegan sausage roll?”
