Real Housewives of Potomac star Michael Darby has been suspended from filming after being charged for sexual assault.

The  reality star is no longer filming the Bravo series after the allegations that he had groped a cameraman according to a Friday report from TMZ.

The show’s production company, Truly Original, has stopped filming scenes with Ashley Darby’s husband according to the publication.

Bravo told the publication they have ‘comprehensive policies and guidelines relating to the safety of cast and crew. We take all allegations seriously and then proceed accordingly with our producing partners.’

This comes after the initial reports that Darby had been charged after he pinched the buttocks of a cameraman on the show.

The reality star has been hit with charges of felony assault as well as misdemeanor improper sexual contact, according to a report on TMZ.

Darby is alleged to have grabbed and groped the buttocks of the cameraman, who was recording material on September 1 at the time of the incident.

The cameraman, Orville Palmer, claims that after feeling Darby grope his rear, he turned round, and received what he called a ‘flirtatious look’ from Darby.

Telling the Australian-born real estate mogul to ‘stop’, he then informed his supervisor.

The maximum punishment for the charged crimes in 11 years in prison.

Ashley met Michael, who is 29 years her senior, when she was just 18 years old.

After four years of dating the pair married and at 22-years-old Ashley became stepmother to Michael’s then 21 and 24-year-old children.

His firm has developed more than 6.5million square feet of real estate.
