Manchester United comfortably beat Young Boys 3-0 in their opening group game of the Champions League.
Paul Pogba opened the scoring in the first half with a stunning left-footed strike after a nice bit of skill on the edge of the penalty area, and then doubled the lead in his own eccentric way with a slow run up to a penalty before smashing into the top corner.
Luke Shaw’s cross was adjudged to have been handled by Kevin Mbabu inside the penalty area; it looked harsh, but United deserved a two-goal lead at half time.
The win was wrapped up in fine style as Anthony Martial capped of a swift counter attack to take their lead to three over their Swiss opponents.
